Cinnabar's Senior Producer, Phil Gross, has received several national awards  for  writing , directing and editing.  He has earned 9 National Non-Broadcast Telly awards for programs dealing with a diverse range of subjects;  such as pesticide reduction in farming, industrial safety, archeological discoveries, and patient education about open heart surgery.                                    

Also working on the Cinnabar team is Dave Mack, a director of photography who has co-produced feature-length documentaries and nationally-broadcast commercials,  Betsy Bayha and Dr Michael Joyce both of whom are NPR on-air journalists, writer Barbara Anderson, associate editor of the UC Davis Magazine, Hue Freeman, grip and lighting specialist for the San Francisco Bay Area film and broadcast industry and Bhupender Dhillon, a computer graphics specialist. Boy Wonder Eric Goldsmith handles web stuff and Greg Ritacco figures out the cutting edge changes in the industry.
